DELIVERY
Yes, we currently send to the UK and Ireland, larger orders can be sent to mainland Europe upon request. Delivery costs will apply, and will be added at checkout, if there's an issue, give us a call. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
For UK mainland address, standard delivery is usually 3-5 days from purchase, we do offer a next day service upon request, please call us for more information.
We use all major couriers, and local courier partners. Depending on weight and quantity different couriers will be used, please let us know if there's any particular courier you would prefer we didn't use.
We send all orders below 150kg via a standard courier service, unless asked otherwise. Orders above 150kg are sent via a Pallet Network. If a Tail lift is needed, please make us aware prior to ordering or shortly afterwards.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
If you mistakenly ordered the incorrect item and it is yet to be opened with the seal still intact, we can accept the return for exchange, refunds can be given but will be minus a £8 per item re-stocking fee.
